1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Maintain only one account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated

3. Course Access & Usage

All course content is provided for:

• Personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share your account or course access with others
• Downloading, copying, or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited
• Screen recording or capturing course materials is not permitted

4. Individual Course Purchases

When you purchase an individual course, you receive access for the duration specified by the selected tier. Courses purchased with a "Lifetime" tier have no expiry and remain accessible as long as your account is active and in good standing. Access duration for other tiers is determined at the time of purchase.

5. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans provide access to all published courses on the platform. Key details:

• Monthly and Yearly plans are available
• Subscriptions grant access to all currently published courses during the active period
• Subscriptions are automatically cancelled at the end of the billing period
• There is no auto-renewal — you must manually renew your subscription when it expires
• Course progress is retained even after a subscription expires, but access to content requires an active subscription or individual purchase

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka)
• Payments are processed securely via ShurjoPay
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing active purchases or subscriptions
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific conditions. Refund windows vary by purchase type: 3 days for individual courses, 72 hours for monthly subscriptions, and 7 days for yearly subscriptions. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, code examples, quizzes, and supplementary materials, are the intellectual property of Dapplesoft and its respective instructors. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or course access with others
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, instructors, or staff
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass any access restrictions or security measures

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dapplesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
